CFP - Information Research

Information Research plans a thematic issue on e-book research and practice for the June 2014 issue (Volume 19 No. 3).  Contributions on all aspects of e-books will be welcome including:

e-books in libraries - public, academic, school and special
e-books in higher education
the academic library as an e-book publisher
e-book composition and publication platforms
e-book standards
DRM and e-books
the impact of e-books on publishing
etc., etc., etc.

In addition to research papers (which are double-blind, peer reviewed), we shall be happy to publish case studies of e-book collection development, management and use in our "Working papers" category.

Word limits for papers:  research papers 7000-8000 words; working papers 3000-5000 words
